PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA: I declare that I have read the information referred to in art. 13 l. 196/2003 and that I have read it pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 10 of l. 196/2003 and subsequent amendments, that I have been informed that the personal data requested directly or collected from third parties will be used by FORWARD SRLS. I give my consent to the processing of my personal data and I allow this to be done through manual, computerized and telematic tools with logics strictly related to the purposes of the assignment and updates on services and products.

CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT: 1) the "Early Enrollment" formula is applicable only to enrollments received by and including October 15, 2025; 2) it is possible to cancel the enrollment within 15 days of the enrollment, without penalty; in case of cancellation beyond the limit indicated and by and including December 31, 2025, 30% of the total will be withheld; in case of cancellation from and including January 1, 2026, 100% of the cost will be withheld; 3) the costs of the master's program are those found on the page https://master.clevertraining.it; 4) this contract is governed by Italian law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for any dispute concerning the interpretation and execution of this contract will be Florence.
