Learning to manage a project in the kitchen

Description

Participants are asked to become a kitchen brigade of a starred restaurant for a day and collaborate on the creation of a full menu.

Working groups must manage all stages of the process as in a real business project:

  • division of tasks
  • expenditure budget management
  • realization of the finished product
  • time management
  • product presentation to the customer

And remember, at the end of the day there is dinner with the prepared dishes!
