With the technical support of a professional skipper and experienced sailors, the groups will have to step into the role of real crews and go through a boat trial. Who will take the leadership to guide the group and motivate them during the adventure?

Participants will test their leadership skills by juggling ropes, sails and rudders to reach the finish line with the wind in their sails.
